    About this recipe: This is my very own creation which is very healthy as well thanks to the nutrients of three different fruits. It looks so attractive and colorful, loved by the people of all ages.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • Mango layer
    • 1 mango - peeled, stone removed and cubed
    • sugar to taste
    • 1 scoop crushed ice
    • 100ml milk
    • Kiwi layer
    • 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
    • 1 scoop crushed ice
    • 1 pinch black salt
    • Strawberry layer
    • 10 to 12 strawberries, hulled and chopped
    • 1 scoop crushed ice

    Method

    1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients for the mango layer. Puree till smooth, then divide between two tall glasses.
    2. Rinse the blender or food processor. Add the ingredients for the kiwi layer and puree till smooth. Divide between two tall glasses on top of the mango layer. Pour in gently so that the two layers do not mix.
    3. Again, rinse the blender or food processor. Add the ingredients for the strawberry layer. Puree till smooth, then divide between the glasses on top of the kiwi layer.
    4. Serve straightaway!
