Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, including the oil from the sardine tins. Add a splash of water if needed to help bind the mixture into a firm dough. Flour a flat work surface and roll the dough out to a 1cm thickness then cut into biscuits using a biscuit cutter. Arrange on the prepared baking tray.
Bake in the pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before giving to your doggy friend.
