This refreshing pear and prawn dish is a delicious starter for a casual dinner party. Serve with some buttered wholemeal bread, some rocket leaves and a wedge of lemon.

170g cooked prawns
3 pears - peeled, cored and diced
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped green grapes
salt and pepper, to taste

In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well, taking care not to damage the prawns or mash the pear. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and spoon into 4 small starter dishes and serve.
