White chocolate OREO® fudge

About this recipe: OREO® fudge is sweet, delicious and suitable for all OREO® lovers. With just three ingredients this recipe makes a great result.

Makes: 16 to 20 pieces

  • 550g white chocolate
  • 397g tin condensed sweetened milk
  • 1 packet OREO® cookies

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Extra time:3hr chilling  ›  Ready in:3hr20min 

  1. Break up all the white chocolate in a large mixing bowl. Pour in the condensed milk.
  2. Put the condensed milk and white chocolate mixture in the microwave on high for 30 seconds. Check when 30 seconds are over and then put it on for another 30 seconds, check again. Repeat until thoroughly melted.
  3. Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them to small pieces or depending on what size you want your cookie bits in your fudge. You can even leave them whole!
  4. Add the broken OREO® cookies to the melted condensed milk and white chocolate and stir until all combined.
  5. Put the combined mixture into a rectangular or square baking tray and spread out evenly.
  6. Place the fudge in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Once its all set, cut up into squares and there you go, your simple OREO® fudge is ready! Enjoy!

My 12 year old daughter decided to give this ago as it was a such a simple recipe. She melted the chocolate and condensed milk on the hob as we don't have a microwave but she was pleased with the end result. It looks like we will be eating it well into the New Year as a) it makes quite a large amount and b) as it is so sweet you really can't eat too much of it in any one go. Would make the recipe again but not until our blood sugar returns to some form of normality - 21 Dec 2014


Melted everything on the hob rather than the microwave. I made some, took a few pieces into work in my packed lunch and then had to make some more to take into work for everyone the next day. My hubby took some into work and it lasted less than two hours. Thinking now what other varieties I can make! - 12 Jul 2015
