Put mince and bacon into a large bowl. Add all the herbs and spices and mix well with your hands. Add all the sauces and mix well with your hands. Add the breadcrumbs and crack in the eggs. Mix until well combined.
Line a loaf tin with parchment paper and pour in the mince mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees C for around 1-1&1/2 hours. Serve with masted mashed potatoes and enjoy.
