This is a quick easy to do recipe that is very filling. I recommend only making small portions. The measurements may be a little off as I make it by eye, not by weighing stuff out.
Add as much or as little as you want of the chorizo and pancetta. I recommend more pancetta than chorizo as the chorizo does have a strong flavour. I don't place a sauce on the dish as the flavours are pretty strong and chorizo gives off a lot of juice. Any suggestions for improvement are welcome. I have only just started cooking.
