A lovely spicy recipe that is ideal for the grill and BBQ - could work on all kinds of meats. It is quite a hot rub so you may want to adjust or remove some of the spices. It can also be turned into a marinade by adding some olive oil.
Massage the rub into meat of your choice, ensuring that it is all covered. Leave in the fridge to marinate for an hour or so. Then cook the meat as you would normally under the grill or on the BBQ.
