About this recipe: Honey and Dijon mustard compliment Brussels sprouts nicely and this is a great recipe if you are looking to save on oven space for Christmas day.


Serves: 2 

  • 10 Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch dried dill
  • 1 pinch onion powder

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Place Brussels sprouts into a saucepan filled with lightly salted water.
  2. Boil over medium high heat until Brussels sprouts are just tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
  3. Mix butter, honey, Dijon mustard, dill and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. Toss Brussels sprouts in mustard mixture to coat. Serve.
