About this recipe: A tasty variant of the basic marmalade recipe I use and have posted on this site. For this recipe the fruits used are Seville oranges, grapefruit, lemon and lime. I often use a small amount of dark muscovado sugar to add depth to the flavour and to give the finished marmalade a dark rich colour.
For best results, the total weight of the oranges and grapefruit combined should be 1kg.
This is wonderful marmalade, I made 30 2oz jars but added whiskey as in your other recipie as , male favours in a wedding. All were enjoyed and complimented on. This will be made a lot more in sure - 02 Sep 2015
