Not exactly a pizza but you can eat it like a pizza! Minced lamb is fried with lots of cinnamon, cumin and coriander, then piled on top of naan breads and baked. This is such a fast, flavourful and easy meal for 2.
100g cherry tomatoes, halved or 2 medium tomatoes, diced
2 large garlic and coriander naan breads
Fresh mint or coriander leaves, roughly chopped
3 -4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
2 -3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat; brown the minced lamb for 3 -4 minutes. Stir in red onion, garlic, cumin, coriander and cinnamon and cook for 2 -3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir well; cook until the tomatoes have softened, about 5 minutes.
Place the naan breads on a baking tray and spoon the lamb mixture evenly on top; bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Transfer each naan bread to a serving plate, top with a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, some pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped mint or coriander. You can also add some extra sliced red onion, if you like.
