Turkish pizza

    20 min

Not exactly a pizza but you can eat it like a pizza! Minced lamb is fried with lots of cinnamon, cumin and coriander, then piled on top of naan breads and baked. This is such a fast, flavourful and easy meal for 2.

    1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat; brown the minced lamb for 3 -4 minutes. 2. Place the naan breads on a baking tray and spoon the lamb mixture evenly on top; bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
    3. Transfer each naan bread to a serving plate, top with a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt, some pomegranate seeds and freshly chopped mint or coriander. You can also add some extra sliced red onion, if you like.
