One pot roast chicken

One pot roast chicken

About this recipe: I have recently started cooking a whole chicken in a pot with loads of garlic, lemon and herbs. It's so easy and turns out juicy and delicious every time. More importantly, the whole family eats it! If you have chicken and garlic cloves left over, they are great to use in a quick Thai curry or chicken noddle soup the next night.

  • 1/2 lemon
