Combine all ingredients in a blender, or food processor, and pulse until fairly smooth. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze as per your ice cream maker's instructions. I mixed for 35 minutes in mine, (first time I've made ice cream so not sure if it should have been longer) and came up with quite a soft ice cream which I then put in the freezer to firm up.
I had slightly too much mixture to make in one batch, proportions should be easy to scale down - same amount of yoghurt, cream and total of fruit, half quantity of sugar.
