About this recipe: My version of the Costa sticky toffee cooler, made with ingredients that everyone can get hold of. Serve ice cold on a hot summer day.
I haven't tried making this with ice yet, but as soon as I get an ice cube tray I will be doing, this way it'll have the same consistency as the Costa drinks. If you're making with ice, fill a pint glass 3/4 the way with ice, add milk up to about the half pint mark, add 2 scoops of powder, toffee sauce and amaretto then pour into blender and mix. (making milk ice cubes may result in a nicer taste, less watered down)
The toffee powder may not be available in your local shops, so try searching online or in specialty shops.
