Kat's rainbow salad jars

    15 min

This may not be a recipe as such, but it sure is a way of making salads and healthy eating more fun to prepare and enjoy. These little jars of bursting colour can be made in advance, eaten on the go , accompany another meal and with or without a cheeky dressing. You can let your imagination go wild and use any of your favourite salads or why not try a a fruity pot of sunshine too. I have used my Mason jars here, but you could use any air tight jars you have at home. Although this recipe features what I used in mine, you don't have to follow suit, be creative and have fun!
