Brussels sprout pate

    Surprise yourself with this scrummy pate using leftover cooked sprouts. Takes literally 5 minutes if you have cooked sprouts. Serve on crackers or with a salad. Good talking point with friends or relatives - they will not have heard of it before but it is really good. I love it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 handful cooked sprouts
    • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
    • salt and pepper, to taste

    Method

    1. Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste forms. Season to taste then transfer the pate to a serving bowl and store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
