An authentic and easy paneer tikka masala. Serve this vegetarian curry with garlic naan or rice and a side of your favourite Indian veg.
You can pan-fry the paneer cubes before adding to the curry for added flavour and so they hold their shape. If you desire a more vibrant colour, you can add 1 drop red food colouring.
Loved it. Almost doubled the amount of all ingredients (not the milk although I did increase the volume as I like to have a decent sauce, and I did only have 250g of paneer). Fried the paneer before adding to the mix, lovely blend of flavours and not overly hot. - 17 Apr 2017
