A quick way to make a cabbage stew using the Instant Pot® pressure cooker. Tasty and easy enough for a midweek supper and nice heated up for leftovers the next day.
In a frying pan over a medium heat, warm a little oil then add the pork and seasoning and cook and stir until browning, about 6 to 8 minutes. Add the onion and chilli, followed by the cabbage. Give a good stir and then transfer to the Instant Pot®.
Once in the cooker, put the butter on top and add the water.
Cook for 12 minutes on high pressure in the pressure cooker until the pork is no longer pink and the cabbage is tender. Remove from the pressure cooker and serve hot.
