    About this recipe: These are great for kids parties or even lunchbox snacks. Allow at least 90 minutes to chill in the fridge before slicing and serving.

    Makes: 25 squares

    • 45g (1 1/2 oz) Rice Krispies®
    • 15g (1/2 oz) glace cherries, finely chopped
    • 60g (2 oz) marshmallows, chopped
    • 15g (1/2 oz) butter

    1. Line a shallow 9cm cake tin with greaseproof paper.
    2. Mix the Rice Krispies® and cherries together in a mixing bowl.
    3. In a small saucepan over a medium heat, combine the butter and marshmallows and gently heat, stirring occasionally until everything has melted. Pour over the Rice Krispies® and mix well until coated.
    4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared cake tin and chill in the fridge for 90 minutes.
    5. Once it has hardened, cut into squares and serve. You can also place in an airtight container to store for several days.
