Chuck it all in the bread machine in order above and run on dough cycle.
Remove from the bread machine and use a knife to cut into 6 or 7 pieces, form into rolls, place on a lightly greased baking tray and cover with a tea towel.
Place tray on top of oven (not in it!) whilst you preheat it and the bread increases in size, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Remove the tea towel from the rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes until risen and golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool (don't skip this step, they are much better after cooling for a short time).
