    Serves: 4 

    • 60g (2 oz) butter
    • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
    • 60g (2 oz) unblanched almonds
    • 60g (2 oz) unsalted chasews
    • 60g (2 oz) unsalted peanuts
    • 1 teaspoon curry powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 60g (2 oz) sultanas
    • salt, to taste

    1. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the garlic, almonds , cashews and peanuts. Stir in curry powder and chilli powder and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in sultanas. Season with salt and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm or cold.
