Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the garlic, almonds , cashews and peanuts. Stir in curry powder and chilli powder and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in sultanas. Season with salt and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve warm or cold.
