    A sweet, easy smoothie consisting of spinach, bananas, and coconut milk, great for sunny days. Enjoy!

    Serves: 2 

    • 400ml coconut milk
    • 200ml water
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 tablespoons caster sugar (optional)
    • 100g spinach leaves

    1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Pulse until well mixed and smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve.
