Line a deep baking tray with baking parchment.
Melt butter, syrup and chopped Mars® bars in a saucepan over a medium heat. Combine with the Coco Pops® in a mixing bowl and mix well. Transfer to the prepared baking tray and place in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in a pan over barely simmering water. Remove the mixture from the fridge then pour the melted chocolate over the top. Return to the fridge to chill until the chocolate has set, about 1 hour.
Once set, remove from the fridge, cut into squares and enjoy.
