the amount of spices ie tablespoons were a bit much far too much ginger it was all i could taste gonna use teaspoons next time  -  16 May 2015

This is gorgeous, I made it tonight and all the family loved it. It was also the easiest curry I have ever made. I had no passata so used 2 tins of chopped tomatoes instead with plenty of tomato puree. I also only used a teaspoon of salt as I thought a tablespoon too much. Will definantly make again, thank you.  -  03 Oct 2016
