About this recipe:
Make a healthy, no-added-sugar sorbet in mere minutes with this ingenious recipe! Use banana, strawberry, or a mixture of both! Get creative and use other frozen fruits, too.
1 large handful strawberries (about 12 to 15)
1 bunch bananas (about 5)

- Hull the strawberries and peel the bananas. Cut into pieces and place separately in sealed containers or freezer bags. Freeze at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
- To make strawberry sorbet, place the frozen berries in a food processor or blender and process till smooth. Serve straightaway.
- Repeat the same process to make banana sorbet (note it will take a little longer to process). You can also combine the strawberries and banana to make strawberry-banana sorbet. Enjoy!
