Hull the strawberries and peel the bananas. Cut into pieces and place separately in sealed containers or freezer bags. Freeze at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
To make strawberry sorbet, place the frozen berries in a food processor or blender and process till smooth. Serve straightaway.
Repeat the same process to make banana sorbet (note it will take a little longer to process). You can also combine the strawberries and banana to make strawberry-banana sorbet. Enjoy!
This was very refreshing on a hot, humid day. I used both strawberries and bananas and enjoyed the flavour combo. My strawberries were very small so I add a few more. Thanks for sharing.
