Healthy vegetable juice

    A great way of getting a ton of veggies and fruit into you, in a refreshing and truly yummy drink. You will need a juicer to make this.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 to 3 sticks celery, or to taste
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cucumber, or to taste
    • 2 apples, cored
    • 1/2 orange
    • 1 (3cm) piece root ginger

    1. Wash all ingredients and chop them in small enough chunks that they can fit in your juicer. Juice all ingredients and mix them together.
    2. The sooner your drink it, the healthier for you, but it will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for 3 days.


    Quantities are very much "to taste".
