We have yoghurt for almost every breakfast and try to eat organic so the cost added up quickly. After trying to make our own yoghurt we have never gone back! We make a big batch on Sunday and it lasts us all week. It saves us money but it is also so fresh, delicious and easy!
I have made this recipe with much more than 60g, this is more of a minimum amount. We suggest a non-fruit Greek yoghurt starter (note that "Greek-style" yoghurts will not work as well).
