A quick and easy recipe for an afternoon treat. Only four ingredients! The recipe is easy to double if you like and the can be frozen, not that they last long enough to make it to my freezer!
You don't need to add vanilla as you can make without. The flavour can be changed with zest from orange or cinnamon, depending on what you prefer. As I rolled it out quite thin this made 28 little short breads.
