Cook the bacon in a dry frying pan to your desired finish (e.g. crispy) then remove from the pan and set aside on some kitchen paper to drain. Drain any fat from the pan then cook the mushrooms until golden brown and the liquid has evaporated.
Return the bacon to the pan then balance the mushrooms on the bacon and top with cheese and jalapeño and continue to fry until cheese is melted.
Lay open your wrap, place cooked ingredients on the middle and top with BBQ sauce; roll up and enjoy!
