Mango, peach, pineapple and banana smoothie

    This smoothie is so creamy, yet so refreshing. It's absolutely perfect for summer! This recipe doubles easily for two people.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 ripe mango, stoned
    • 2 small peaches, stoned
    • 1 small banana
    • 100g fresh pineapple
    • 150ml coconut or almond milk

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until mixture is smooth (add ice if you want the drink to be chilled). Serve in a tall glass with a straw and pineapple wedge - delicious!
