About this recipe: This is for those who enjoy a liquid, quick fix to fill them up , its filling, healthy and cheap. Lunch, tea or a snack.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 splash milk (or milk alternative)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons runny honey
  • 3 bananas or other favourite fruit

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

Used one banana, green grapes and fresh blueberries for the fruit and vanilla Greek yogurt. Since I like smoothies with a thicker texture, I added some crushed ice to the blender and used vanilla kefir instead of milk. Very fresh and tasty! - 16 Feb 2016
