    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 splash milk (or milk alternative)
    • 3 to 4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons runny honey
    • 3 bananas or other favourite fruit

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.

    Used one banana, green grapes and fresh blueberries for the fruit and vanilla Greek yogurt. Since I like smoothies with a thicker texture, I added some crushed ice to the blender and used vanilla kefir instead of milk. Very fresh and tasty! - 16 Feb 2016
