About this recipe: MmmMmm...mix and match of ingredients for a great summer drink. For a colder option, simply pour over ice just prior to serving.

Serves: 1 

  • 8 medium strawberries
  • 15 chunky pieces mango
  • 5 teaspoons Greek yoghurt
  • 150ml orange juice

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until the smoothie reaches the desired consistency.

Strawberries and mango are a good combo for a smoothie. I did add some crushed ice because we like our smoothies thick, and used vanilla-flavored Kefir instead of the yogurt. Nice breakfast today. - 27 Feb 2016
