    I have put this specific recipe in because I didn't see it on here so I said I should put it on. An ideal recipe for contributing towards your five a day.

    Serves: 1 

    • 2 bananas
    • 2 apples
    • 2 teaspoons caster sugar or normal sugar.
    • 100ml to150ml milk

    1. Wash your fruits.
    2. Cut your fruits.
    3. Put fruits in the blender.
    4. Put the 2 teaspoons of caster sugar or normal sugar in the blender and add the milk. Blend until smooth then pour into a drinking glass and serve.
