Alfredo sauce with Gruyère cheese

    This Alfredo sauce is made with Gruyère cheese instead of Parmesan cheese, which melts better and has a stronger flavour.

    • 50g butter
    • 240ml double cream
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 120g Gruyère cheese, grated
    • 4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

    1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, cheese, and stir quickly, letting the cheese melt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
