50g butter
240ml double cream
1 garlic clove, minced
120g Gruyère cheese, grated
4 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, cheese, and stir quickly, letting the cheese melt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
