Vanilla ice cream with raspberry sauce

    • 250g fresh or frozen raspberries
    • 3 teaspoons caster sugar
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 6 scoops ice cream

    1. Place the raspberries, sugar, water and juice in your blender and puree. If necessary, add a little more water.
    2. Spoon over ice cream and serve.
