    About this recipe: A pureed version of the amazing Spanish cold summer soup. For best taste, make with organic products.

    Serves: 2 

    • 2 cucumbers, peeled
    • 1 carrot, diced
    • several sprigs of coriander
    • 500ml tomato juice
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons vinegar
    • fresh garlic to taste
    • several ice cubes

    1. Blend all ingredients in blender until completely pureed.
    2. Pour into pint glasses, and serve immediately. Can also be refrigerated and served later.
