Gluten free, yeast free pizza dough

    40 min

A pizza dough that's ideal for those who need to follow a gluten free or yeast free diet. Simply mix the ingredients in a bowl and fry the pizza base in a pan until golden brown, just the same way you would cook pancakes. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and your favourite toppings.

I could kiss whoever came up with this! Almost carb free pizza - where have you been all my life!? Easy to make & very tasty. I only actually used half the oil (1 tbsp instead of 2) and it was fine. Now I have something for when those carb cravings hit & not wreck my diet. Hurrah!  -  02 Mar 2017  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
