Diced and spiced potato wedges

    Simple but tasty wedges. Ideal served alongside a main dish such as chicken or fish and a salad for a complete meal.

    Serves: 6 

    • 6 large potatoes
    • 6 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges and put in a mixing bowl. Add oil and spices and mix it all together, for better flavour I usually leave for an hour to soak it all in but can be used straight away if needed. Spread out in a single layer on a baking tray.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes until tender and golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
