This is a fantastic recipe for college students, kids that have parents that work late or just for a hungry person looking for something satisfying to eat.
1 (415g) tin baked beans
1 tablespoon soured cream
- Pour the tin of baked beans into a blender or food processor. Add the soured cream then process until smooth, or until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Transfer to a saucepan over a low heat and stir until hot through. Spoon into a warmed bowl and serve.
Be careful not to burn the soup! That is caused by leaving the soup on the stove untended. Also you are very welcome to blend in any other vegetables to the soup such as potatoes. Have fun!
