Place the biscuits into a sealable freezer bag and crush into crumbs. Into a saucepan over a medium heat melt the butter and sugar. Once melted, switch off the heat add the crushed biscuits and stir to coat. Press into the base of a lightly greased small loose bottomed cake tin. Place in the fridge to chill.
Combine the cream cheese, milk and dream topping in a bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy. Remove the base from the fridge and spoon the cream cheese mixture on top.
Return to the fridge to chill for at least an hour. Decorate as desired, I like fresh strawberries or tinned mandarins, and serve! Easy as 1-2-3!
