About this recipe:
My favourite breakfast, especially at work. It is so easy!! I have a great salt collection and like to play with the different kinds to get different flavours.
1 slice bread
quality salt (e.g. Maldon, Fleur de Sel), to taste
quality fruity olive oil, to taste (optional)
- Lightly toast the bread. Using a fork, mash the avocado over the toasted, sliced bread.
- Sprinkle with salt, to taste (play round here with different salts). If desired, lightly drizzle olive oil. Enjoy!
