About this recipe: My favourite breakfast, especially at work. It is so easy!! I have a great salt collection and like to play with the different kinds to get different flavours.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • quality salt (e.g. Maldon, Fleur de Sel), to taste
  • quality fruity olive oil, to taste (optional)

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:6min 

  1. Lightly toast the bread. Using a fork, mash the avocado over the toasted, sliced bread.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, to taste (play round here with different salts). If desired, lightly drizzle olive oil. Enjoy!
