About this recipe: This came from a family friend in Australia. It's absolutely delicious and it's always the first thing to get gobbled up. It's great served with pitta, oat cakes, crisps or anything that's 'dippable'!
Needs to be eaten on the day and made near the arrival of your guests as otherwise the avocado will oxidise and turn brown.
