This is a recipe I made inspired by famous chef, Jamie Oliver, and many other recipes I have researched online. It is quite similar to other poached egg recipes but I use less ingredients that are sure to be in your kitchen. I used my own choice of herbs, cheese and bread to prepare this recipe. But you can always change up the herbs and the bread that you prefer to use.
You may have heard this before, but if you haven't try adding vinegar to the simmering water before adding the poached egg to prevent the egg whites from going everywhere!
