    About this recipe: Don't be put off by the title - this is a super easy and flavourful slow cooker recipe to try. It has a variety of spices that balance out the orange flavour. Lovely served with broccoli and rice.

    Serves: 5 

    • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 340g orange marmalade
    • 120ml chicken stock
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    • 1 pinch ground ginger

    1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and arrange in the slow cooker. Mix marmalade, chicken stock, curry powder, cayenne pepper and ground ginger in a bowl. Pour over chicken breasts.
    2. Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 5 to 7 hours. Turn the chicken breasts once during cooking.
