Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured work surface, then using a pizza slicer or sharp knife cut long thin strips in the pastry about 5mm wide (length does not really matter but the longer they are the easier it will be to wrap around the meatball).
Wind the pastry around the meatballs like a mummy, leaving a space for the eyes. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown and the meatballs are hot through and no longer pink in the centre (if previously uncooked). While the mummies are cooking, heat the tomato sauce and pour into a small bowl.
Place the mummies onto a serving plate and dot two red eyes on each with the ketchup. Allow to cool a little before serving. Serve with cocktail sticks for dipping the meatballs in the tomato sauce. Happy Halloween!
