    About this recipe: Cardamon is a lovely spice to use with mango. Frozen mango works just as well as fresh in this smoothie. Use sweeteners, honey or maple syrup to sweeten it to your taste.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
    • 235g fat free plain yogurt
    • 8 ice cubes
    • 160m skimmed milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
    • sweetener, or honey to taste

    1. Place mango, yogurt, ice and milk into a blender. Sprinkle in cardamom and sweeten to taste. Puree until smooth, frothy and creamy.
