    About this recipe: Almond milk, avocado and banana are the main ingredients of this lovely, creamy smoothie. You can substitute any milk for the almond milk.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 300ml almond milk
    • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
    • 1 small banana, sliced
    • ice, or as needed
    • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste

    1. Blend almond milk, avocado, banana, ice and honey in a blender until smooth.
