    About this recipe: Almond milk, avocado and banana are the main ingredients of this lovely, creamy smoothie. You can substitute any milk for the almond milk.

    Serves: 1 

    • 300ml almond milk
    • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
    • 1 small banana, sliced
    • ice, or as needed
    • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste

    1. Blend almond milk, avocado, banana, ice and honey in a blender until smooth.

    Thanks Monieyo, I have not tried avocado in a smoothie before. I thought it was a bit funky but I liked it! I may try adding some blueberries next time because I think it needs just a little tartness. The almond milk goes very well here.
