About this recipe: Quick and easy recipe that the kids can make themselves and join in. You need just a few ingredients and some pastry cutters. My kids love making these and eating them too.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4

    • 1 sheet puff pastry
    • 1 tube tomato puree
    • 2 handfuls grated cheese (your favourite type)
    • your favourite toppings, like pepperoni

    Method
    Prep:10min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Ready in:25min

    1. Preheat your oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
    2. Prepare the pastry and roll it out flat (share between children if they are helping). Cut out into desired shapes (circles, squares, etc.).
    3. Spread tomato puree on the pastry sheets. Sprinkle with cheese. Finally, add your favourite toppings (do not over load with too many, however, otherwise your pastry will be soggy).
    4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until cheese has melted and the pastry is golden brown.
