Chocolate marshmallow toffee popcorn bark

About this recipe: So quick, easy and yummy. Great to make with children. Only four ingredients. Fantastic for kids parties, Halloween, etc.

Serves: 8 

  • 200g white chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 60g toffee popcorn
  • 60g mini marshmallows

Prep:15min  ›  Cook:2min  ›  Extra time:1hr setting  ›  Ready in:1hr17min 

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in separate bowls in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.
  2. Line a 20x30cm rectangular or 25cm round tin with greaseproof paper.
  3. Allow the chocolate to cool slightly then pour about two-thirds of each bowl into the tin and roughly swirl together.
  4. Evenly layer the popcorn and marshmallows over the chocolate.
  5. Swirl the remaining chocolate over the top and put in the fridge to set.


You can swap the popcorn or marshmallows for Maltesers®, chopped dried apricots, raisins, cranberries. Or try swapping one of the chocolates for dark chocolate.
